چکیده
Abstract The commensal microflora collection known as microbiota has an essential role in maintaining the host's physiological homeostasis. a vital induction and regulation of local systemic immune responses. On other hand, system involves compositions. Optimal microbiota-immune cross-talk is for protective responses to pathogens tolerance self harmless environmental antigens. Any change this symbiotic relationship may cause susceptibility diseases. association various cancers auto-immune diseases with been proven. Here we review interaction gut microbiota, focusing on innate adaptive disease susceptibility.

Impact of the Gut Microbiota on Vaccine Responses
Non-responsiveness or poor responsiveness to vaccines are challenging issues in vaccine development, and efforts have been made to find out the potential reasons for these conditions. Intestinal microbiome plays a key role in regulating and development of immune system and the composition and diversity of microbiota in different individuals on the one hand, and the imbalance of intestinal micro...
متن کاملPolicing of gut microbiota by the adaptive immune system
The intestinal microbiota is a large and diverse microbial community that inhabits the intestine, containing about 100 trillion bacteria of 500-1000 distinct species that, collectively, provide benefits to the host. The human gut microbiota composition is determined by a myriad of factors, among them genetic and environmental, including diet and medication. The microbiota contributes to nutrien...
متن کاملThe interplay between the gut microbiota and the immune system
The impact of the gut microbiota on immune homeostasis within the gut and, importantly, also at systemic sites has gained tremendous research interest over the last few years. The intestinal microbiota is an integral component of a fascinating ecosystem that interacts with and benefits its host on several complex levels to achieve a mutualistic relationship. Host-microbial homeostasis involves ...
متن کاملGut Microbiota-Immune System Crosstalk and Pancreatic Disorders
Gut microbiota is key to the development and modulation of the mucosal immune system. It plays a central role in several physiological functions, in the modulation of inflammatory signaling and in the protection against infections. In healthy states, there is a perfect balance between commensal and pathogens, and microbiota and the immune system interact to maintain gut homeostasis. The alterat...
متن کاملThe Development of Gut Immune Responses and Gut-Microbiota:
The infant’s immature intestinal immune system develops as it comes into contact with dietary and microbial antigens in the gut. The evolving indigenous intestinal microbiota have a significant impact on the developing immune system and there is accumulating evidence indicating that an intimate interaction between gut microbiota and host defence mechanisms is mandatory for the development and m...
